How to attract and retain talent, better play to their initiative, has become one of the important problem facing modern enterprise management. If the enterprise managers to master the employee''s job satisfaction, on the one hand, can clear enterprise in what are the problems existing in the management, more important is can according to the problems found and provide detailed feedback for staff development, improve the management measures, work conditions, to meet the needs of employees, and through the satisfaction evaluation again, observation is obtained to solve problems; Get satisfaction survey results, on the other hand, for the management of the enterprise can have the effect of prevention, become a kind of early warning indicators of enterprise management, management decision to provide important reference for the enterprise.
