This research clarifies the definitions of psychological ownership and collective psychological ownership. Then, it examined the relationships among collective psychological ownership, transformational leadership, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. This research specifically chose to focus on hospitality industry with its service characteristics. The sample was collected from various hotels and restaurants randomly. The total effective distributed samples were 375 out of 44 cases. Linear Regression, Hierarchical linear modeling and Sobel test were conducted to analyze the relationships among variables. The analyses revealed that, firstly, transformational leadership is positively related to collective psychological ownership; second, collective psychological ownership influenced organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior significantly. The results indicated that collective psychological ownership is a mediating mechanism to improve the effectiveness and performance of the transformational leadership conveyed to individual behavior and attitude.
