Most researches of LMX connect LMX with employee’s performance behaviors (ex. turnover intention). In this study, I relate LMX with employee’s affective commitment and voice behavior, moderated by job insecurity. Results base on 296 valid questionnaires from total 700 questionnaires, and analyze with hierarchical regression method. Results show LMX has strongly positive relationships with affective commitment and voice behavior. And the relationship between LMX and affective commitment is positively moderated by job insecurity.
