Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 通訊工程研究所 === 101 === In this thesis, we consider electric vehicles’ (EVs) load management (LM) by using time-of-use rate so that the load demand during peak hour can be shifted to off-peak hour which alleviates the pressure of power supply in rush hour. We investigate and adopt the sequential search method to reduce the electricity cost by setting the optimal contract capacity efficiently. The considered scenario is based on the assumption that the parking lot installs charging equipment and thus become charging station. In such setting, we are interested in creating additional revenue from providing charging service for EV owner. The EV charging parking lot with 15 parking spaces is modeled and the maximum rate of the charging equipments are limited to 8.8 kW. Besides, there are about 150 EVs each day we simulate. According to different management strategies of EV operators, we compare their profits and estimate. Finally, we propose appropriate business model for cost down.
