During this period of time, the differences of behavior will be taught and learned, hoping to find kindergarten teachers use picture books and actual teaching behavior correlation. Doing so will allow analyzing teaching beliefs on behavior if they have any predictive power. Whereas of teaching beliefs, schooling behavior, and the proposal of picture book use, acknowledges to architecture and the theoretical basis of this study used questionnaires and interview survey to apprehend kindergarten teachers use picture books teaching beliefs and teaching behaviors questionnaire. Due to this debate, data was collected from both public and private kindergartens in Tainan City along with 648 preschool teachers for the study using a questionnaire survey. According to information obtained by questionnaire descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Correlation and multiple regression analysis methods for data analysis. Eight public and private kindergarten teachers were interviewed individually. To keep in line with data analysis findings, the outcome are as thusly shown. Kindergarten teachers use the belief of picture books and teaching behaviors which result in a positive performance. The teachers are skillful in the coaching of the faithful teaching program level; the belief of older teachers than younger teachers. The teachers in the experienced department excel in the teaching beliefs that are superior to all levels of junior teachers. While doing so, their performance shows positive ethic in their teaching behavior certified as lesson plans, teaching methods, interactive teaching, and whilst, working more to improve at all levels. Behavior wise, teachers improve upon all levels in older than younger kindergarten teachers. Hence the study of using picture books, the former county of Tainan, had atrocious work ethic, but the original Tainan City teachers were raised high above than the county (former) of Tainan. Positively correlated, kindergarten teachers had adopted the use of picture books, teaching behaviors, and the beliefs that were present. The beliefs on teaching behavior had a positive predictive power to the kindergarten teachers, leaving them clear-cut use of the system.
