The initial in-service case teacher’s teaching the first to use presentation software for the spindle, than put the insect related videos, pictures, text animation and network resources together, with the digital game based on the conception of insects designed by teacher Jeng, to design a curriculum materials line with the fourth grade insect of the family unit, and to go to an elementary school in New Taipei City, divide four classes into experimental and control groups made repeated teaching, review and improvement, discusses the initial in-service teachers’ teaching and students’ learning effectiveness. The main conclusions of this study can be summarized as follow: First, the initial in-service case teacher can apply what her have learned, combined with presentation software, instructional videos, pictures and Internet resources, to design a integrating technology into the "insect family" unit instruction curriculum line with fourth graders in elementary school. Second, the integrating technology into instruction curriculum designed by initial in-service case teacher can successfully increase the learning interest of students, by the results of achievement tests of the insect concepts, showed that can enhance students learning also. Third, after the initial in-service case teacher use the integrating technology into instruction, by analyzing the Big6 Information Technology into Instruction feedback sheets, confirmed the initial in-service case teacher obtain the professional growth of technological pedagogical and content knowledge (TPACK).
