Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 金融與風險管理系碩士班 === 101 === The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate the relationship among transformational leadership, core self-evaluations, job stress, job performance and turnover intention with the research objects- life insurance sales of Sourthen Taiwan. This study contains 420 valid samples for performing descriptive statistics analysis, validity analysis, reliability analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA), correlation and regression. After the empirical research, the major findings as follows: 1.Transformational leadership and core self-evaluations of life insurance sales positively affect job stress. 2.There is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and job performance. 3.There is a positive relationship between core self-evaluations and job performance. 4.Job stress with job performance of life insurance sales representatives get negative influence. 5.The relationship between transformational leadership and job performance is not mediated by job stress. 6.The relationship between core self-evaluations and job performance is not mediated by job stress. 7.There is a positive relationship between core self-evaluations and turnover intention. 8.The relationship between core self-evaluations and turnover intention is patially mediated by job stress. 9.The relationship between transformational leadership and turnover intention is completely mediated by job stress.
