Summary:碩士 === 南台科技大學 === 財務金融系 === 101 === As the economy within the society has well developed, the interrelationship between the job performance of employees and the leadership of supervisors ought to be highly concerned among numerous banks. Moreover, as the consciousness of employers gradually raising, whether the performance of employees as well as the consideration of supervisors and the welfare and remuneration provided by firms are in line with the effort devoted individually would be of a concern. Furthermore, the inclination of employees for continuously devoting within the same firm or altering to other companies would be a further effect being probed. Thus, the issues aforementioned will be elaborated within the study as follows. The research purpose for the study is to confer the interrelationship between the perceived organizational supports along with leadership styles and psychological empowerment, organizational commitment as well as job performance. Additionally, Questionnaire Survey would be the research method adopted. The participants in this survey are the bank employees within Kaohsiung district. There are 200 questionnaires distributed, whereas 175 questionnaires are responded. By deducting 15 invalid questionnaires, there are 175 valid questionnaires, which account 87.75% of effective response rate. Moreover, the SPSS statistical software is adopted as the statistical analysis tool. The sample are analysed by the methods namely, t test, one-way ANOVA, two-way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis, the level of regression analysis, cluster analysis, and path analysis . Eventually, the results indicate that : 1. Employees of bank individual characteristics have significant impact on the of Perceived Organizational Support and Leadership Styles to Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance. 2. There is a positive significant effect among employees of bank Perceived Organizational Support and Leadership Styles to Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance research. 3. Differences in employees of bank individual characteristics and variables (gender and age, gender and marital status, gender and education, gender and average monthly salary, gender and years of experience, age and education, age and average monthly salary) to Perceived Organizational Support and Leadership Styles to Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance after two-way ANOVA yield partial significant effect. 4. This study shows significant correlation among Perceived Organizational Support and Leadership Styles to Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance for Employees of Bank. 5. There are significant differences in cluster of Employees of Bank as to Perceived Organizational Support and Leadership Styles to Psychological Empowerment, Organizational Commitment and Job Performance. Therefore, based on the research findings, several suggestions have been recommended to provide the employees of bank as a business development direction and to be used for the follow-up researchers.
