Study subjects: a regional hospital in the southern sample of 255 valid samples were collected. Analysis method: the collected information to SPSS12.0 analysis, analytical methods including descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis and other methods. Data analysis, we found demographic variables in leadership behavior, organizational citizenship behavior, work performance are significantly different; leadership behavior and organizational citizenship behavior is positively correlated; organizational citizenship behavior and job performance are positively correlated; leadership behavior is positively correlated with job performance . Job performance will be affected by the impact of organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior indicates better performance of its employees work more good; Therefore, this hypothesis two organizational citizenship behavior affects job performance support. Competent job performance will be affected by the impact of leadership behavior, leadership behavior indicates better performance of its employees work more good; Therefore, this research hypothesis three leadership behavior affects job performance support. 林婉玉 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 129 zh-TW
