This paper contends concept maps to illumimate the differences among current versions of texbook in terms of permutation and combination. Based on concept maps, the research conducts an analysis of the permutation and combination.teaching material from textbook versions of A, B, C, D in year 2012. Following are results of the analysis :Among these four versions of mathematics textbooks, diversities are found in the display of the content and sequence regarding the concept of permutation and combination; howver, the contents are all logically arranged. In other words, the concept of permutation and combination is introduced to students from elementary to advanced level. In addition, 86% of the concept of permutation and combination introduced in these four versions is similar. In terms of concept introduction and content arrangement, these four versions of textbook comform to the requirement of 99 curriculum, and further they all stand out with their supplement concept. The research result can be used as references for future textbook arrangement or revelent research field regarding permutation and combination.
