This study aims to take the employees of the information industry as the study subjects to explore the impact of organizational learning culture on the employees’ job satisfaction and turnover intention with organizational commitment and career satisfaction as mediators. This study adopts structural equation modeling (SEM) to examine the proposed theoretical model. The empirical results of this study indicate that if the employees are immersed in a learning culture organization then they are more likely to have higher degree of organizational commitment and career satisfaction, which not only can facilitate job satisfaction but also can decrease turnover intention.
