Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 機械工程學系碩士班 === 102 === This study aims at exploring the relationship between paternalistic leadership, organizational commitment, employee engagement, productivity. The main purpose of this study contained (1) Investigate current situation of paternalistic leadership, organizational commitment, employee engagement, productivity; (2) Explore the different influence effect of different variables on the paternalistic leadership, organizational commitment, employee engagement, productivity;(3) Analyze the relationships between paternalistic leadership, organizational commitment, employee engagement, productivity. After collecting and summarizing related literatures, to achieve the above-stated goals, Surveys were conducted using purposive sampling. A total of 200 questionnaires were issued and 100 were valid. Descriptive statistics , Pearson-moment correlation correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. The study results are as the following: (A) paternalistic leadership, organizational commitment, employee engagement, productivity has a positive impact;(B) Employee engagement to the paternalistic leadership and organizational commitment and productivity of a mediator. Finally, the results of this study were suggested for businesses, employees, and subsequent studies, in order to be helpful for the future development.
