Both quantitative and qualitative research methods were used in this study to investigate the effects of motor and social skills of 3 students with special needs. Single subject design with multiple-probe was conducted to get the data concerning motor skills. Meanwhile, an on-site observation and recording were implemented to deeply increase data-gathering. Additionally, those semi-structured interviews with teachers after intervention in social skills are executed to explore the social validy. The results were as follows: 1.Employing peer tutoring as an instructional approach in the Boccia could promote the immediate effects of the students’ motor skills. But, not all of them had significant progress in the learning performance. 2.Employing peer tutoring as an instructional approach in the Boccia could significantly maintain their motor skills, and reveal that the strategy is quite successful. 3.Employing peer tutoring as an instructional approach in the Boccia could promote the immediate effects of the students’ hand-eye coordination ability.Particularly, there is significant difference in the coordination. 4.Employing peer tutoring as an instructional approach in the Boccia could have positive influence on the emotional solving skills, basic communicating skills, and getting along skills. 5.Teachers appreciated the effectiveness of the training program which indeed improved the participant's motor and social skills. Finally, the researcher make some concrete recommendations based on those research findings in order to provide primary school teachers and professionals of related services in future research.
