A “ Self-Concept and Peer Relationship Questionnaire of High School Students” is used as a research tool. Differences from subjects’ background variables and correlations between subjects’ self-concept and peer-relationship are analyzed and discussed. Major findings of this study are: 1. Autism Spectrum Disorder high school students in Taipei appear to have positive self-concept. 2. Autism Spectrum Disorder high school students in Taipei appear to have positive peer-relationship. 3. ‘Affection toward school’ significantly affects tudents’ emotional self-concept, social self-concept, academic self-concept, global self-concept, friendship, popularity and global peer-relationship. 4. “Family socioeconomic status” significantly affects students’ academic self-concept and global self-concept. 5. “Ways of school entry” significantly affects students’friendship. 6.
