Through purposeful sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted, and 220 valid questionnaires were collected. The applied analysis methods were Descriptive Statistics, simple t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis, Scheffe’method and Regression by the statistical analysis tools─SPSS 14.0.The main findings of this study was summarized as follows: 1.Teachers’ performance on virtual community knowledge sharing is above average. The performance of "demander-based of knowledge sharing" is the best. 2.Teachers’ performance on knowledge innovation is above average.The performance of " teaching innovation " is the best. 3.There were no significant difference on different educational degree, teaching seniority,the position of teachers for teacher’s virtual community knowledge sharing. 4.There were significant differences on the genders, school size and school location for teacher’s virtual community knowledge sharing. 5. There were no significant differences on the different teaching seniority and school size for teacher’s virtual community knowledge sharing. 6.There were no significant differences on genders, the position of teachers, educational degree and school location for teacher’s knowledge innovation. 7. The correlation of virtual community knowledge and knowledge innovation was significantly positive. 8. The virtual community knowledge sharing had predictability on knowledge innovation. The present research provides the result conclusions and suggestions for educational administration, elementary school principals, teachers and follow up researchers.
