Key concepts and the general design of this study were based on action research spiral of cycles included: posing a question, planning, acting, observing, and reflection. Data were collected from a number of different source: LEGO therapy daily report, interviews and anecdotal records. Data is analyzed and interpreted by data's categories in order to expressing student's therapeutic effects. The main findings were as follows:(1) The results of this study indicated LEGO therapy are feasible to improve students interpersonal problem. (2) LEGO therapy can improve student's interpersonal effectively. (3) LEGO therapy can enhance the teachers' professional ability.
