Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育行政碩士在職進修專班 === 102 === The action research anticipates to guide gifted students explore development of career through Project-Based Learning, and understand what the experience and concepts of career development gifted students developed.Include understanding career via student-centered base, thinking career through multiple dialogue, joining real situation to realize career, preparing career through research process, accomplishing caree through contribution to community, etc. In the career exploration of gifted students, the teacher played multiple roles as the supporter, questioner, multiple viewpoints model, reviwer of difficulty, integrator of various resources, prompter of multiple programs, and supervisor of progress based on students’ characteristics and exploration in PBL course. The teacher was on behalf of multiple roles to join this career exploration with students. While guiding gifted students to explore development of career through Project-Based Learning, the teacher suffered that sudents lost in career exploration, the result of career exploration was not significant, and the time for carrer program was not enough, etc.In addition, it was expected that the teacher executed career program with flexiability and various perspective by planning at the stage of program preparation and gained more valuable research outcome by focusing and motivating students to achieve their potential. The conclusions and recommendations of research program is able to be a reference for implementing career exploration courses of gifted students.
