The teacher was on behalf of multiple roles to join this career exploration with students. While guiding gifted students to explore development of career through Project-Based Learning, the teacher suffered that sudents lost in career exploration, the result of career exploration was not significant, and the time for carrer program was not enough, etc.In addition, it was expected that the teacher executed career program with flexiability and various perspective by planning at the stage of program preparation and gained more valuable research outcome by focusing and motivating students to achieve their potential.
