This study investigates, after succession in the family business, whether the change of successor leadership style may affect employees' job satisfaction; and whether employees' role conflict and organizational communication may play important mediating roles. Through conducting theory and analysis of a survey, the results show: the change of successor leadership style have influence on employees’ job satisfaction, especially that sympathetic leadership style has significantly impact; meanwhile, the change of successor leadership style also have influence on organization communication and role conflict. Moreover, organization communication has mediating effect on the relationship between the change of successor leadership style and employees’ job satisfaction
