This study investigates, after succession in the family business, whether the change of successor leadership style may affect employees' job satisfaction; and whether employees' role conflict and organizational communication may play important mediating roles. Through conducting theory and analysis of a survey, the results show: the change of successor leadership style have influence on employees’ job satisfaction, especially that sympathetic leadership style has significantly impact; meanwhile, the change of successor leadership style also have influence on organization communication and role conflict.
