This study adopted the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 20) to analyze the data collected from subject companies. The result indicates that there was a strong positive correlation (0.71 at the 0.001 level) between organizational climate and job satisfaction, therefore supporting the research hypothesis. The integration of organizational variables on organizational climate and job satisfaction was studied by means of regression analysis, factor analysis and reliability analysis. Data analysis revealed that the statistically significant climate variables leading to job satisfaction were: organizational communication, leadership practice and organizational culture.
