In view of this, school management types resulting in organizational changes to enhance their competitiveness are vital. The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between attitudes toward organizational change and job satisfaction. This research method uses concenience sampling, a total of 600 questionnaires, copies of valid questionnaires divided into 68 parts, and finally with 417 valid questionnaires statistical software SPSS 18.0 for Windows for analysis and processing. The critical findings of the research are as follows: 1. The attitudes toward organizational change is positively related to job satisfaction. 2. The attitudes toward organizational change is positively related to organizational identification. 3. The organizational identification is confirmed to be positively related to organizational identification 4. Organizational identification has mediating effect between the attitudes toward organizational change and job satisfaction.The findings will provide a reference for academia and education, to promote more efficiency at work, create a more dynamic workplace, and contribute to the country's education educators.
