Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 人力資源暨公共關係學系 === 103 === Generally, the supervisors of social work group play important roles. A suitable leadership style would reduce the talent turnover problem of social employees and enhance the willingness to stay in social work groups. Therefore, the main aim of this thesis is to discuss the influence of the supervisors’ leadership style for the social employees’ turnover intentions. According to the results of this thesis, the transformational leadership style and charismatic leadership style would affect the social employees’ turnover intentions. On the contrary, the transactional leadership style does not affect the employees’ turnover intentions. Moreover, according to the results and leadership style do not affect the job performance of social employees’. Keywords:Social Workers,leadership Style,Job Performance,Turnover Intention
