Fortunately, in today's era of information science and technology, network online learning applications (e-Learning) system, has been let to obtain knowledge is no longer confined to the classroom. However, on my personal experience, the elementary school teachers that use of digital network online learning system to learning, believe that the existing system is still room for improvement, therefore, in order to investigate elementary school teachers online learning system network user satisfaction reasons, this research discussed in reference to past literature online learning system website platform network quality (ie, information quality, service quality) these traditional factors, another increase in the "system quality " and "self-efficacy factors ", try to find out the impact extent of Internet online learning system learner satisfaction. Thus, the present study is to investigate elementary school teachers, the independent variables include information quality, system quality, service quality, self-efficacy and learning value, and the dependent variable is web-based learning satisfaction. After the data analysis, confirmatory results were concluded as followed: 1. The personal background variables have positive and significant influences on learning value. 2. The information quality and the system quality have positive and significant influences on learning value. But the service quality has positive and nonsignificant influences on learning value. 3. The computer network online learning system self-efficacy has positive and nonsignificant influences on learning value. 4. The information quality, the system quality, the service quality and the learning value has positive and significant influences on web-based learning satisfaction. 5. The learning value has partially mediation effects on the information quality. The learning value has complete mediation effects on the information quality. The learning value has no mediation effects on the service quality. The learning value has complete mediation effects on the computer network online learning system self-efficacy.
