Summary:碩士 === 修平科技大學 === 人力資源管理與發展碩士班 === 103 === This study was to explore the influence on Job Performance by using Yuan-feng as the independent variable and a further discussion on Self-efficacy as a moderator and the mediating role of Well-being. This study employed Taiwan’s full-time workers as the research objectives and a questionnaire survey methodology was conducted. The participants in the study comprised 400 full-time workers. 371 questionnaires were valid, with an overall response rate of 92.75%. The statistical techniques were item analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, and then hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed to analyze the moderate effect and the mediating role. Besides the following conclusions, some recommendations were provided in terms of practical application and for future research. The results of this study are as follow: 1. There is a positive impact of full-time workers’ Yuan on Job Performance. 2. There is a negative moderate effect of Self-efficacy on the positive relationship between Yuan and Job Performance. 3. There is a positive impact of Feng on Job Performance. 4. There is a positive impact of Feng on Well-being. 5. There is a positive impact of Well-being on Job Performance. 6. Well-being partially mediated the positive relationship between Feng and Job Performance.
