The research method of this study was questionnaire survey. The conclusions of this study were shown below: 1. Satisfaction toward newly revised curriculum guidelines of the special education about elementary school special education teachers is up to intermediate level. 2. Present situation toward newly revised curriculum guidelines of the special education is affected by the years of teaching service and the age of elementary school special education teachers. 3. There are certain significant differences among the years of teaching service, age of teachers, and the level of communicating ideas and advocacy, administrative support, professional development. 4. There is certain significant difference between educational background of special education teachers and the level of professional development. 5. There is certain significant difference between special education teachers with administrative duties and the level of administrative support. 6. Special education teachers feel that teaching is hard to implement Curriculum in mathematics, in Braille of special needs, and in teaching of marine issues. According to above findings, suggestions were offered for educational administration authorities, school educators, special education teachers, and researchers in the future.
