Survey data were collected from a sample of 235 at least one year full-time employees graduated from private university in Taiwan over second time periods. The results showed that emotional exhaustion fully mediated the relationship between PSS and work engagement, turnover intention respectively. Moreover, the results from the moderation analysis showed that colleagues support moderated the influence of PSS on emotional exhaustion and the results from the moderated mediation analysis revealed that this mediation of emotional exhaustion was moderated by colleagues support such that at the lower level of colleagues support, the mediation effect of emotional exhaustion became higher. Implications for managerial practices and suggestions for future research were discussed. Chin-Tien Hsu 許金田 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 40 en_US
