Second, to test the mediating effect of negative affectivity on the relationship between abusive supervision and employee negative word of mouth behavior. Finally, to explore the moderating effect of perceived supervisor’s power on the relationship between negative affectivity and employee negative word of mouth behavior. This research involved a survey, comprised of questionnaires concerning abusive Supervision from 244 employee in taiwan. Results indicated that abusive supervision was positively related to negative affectivity and employee negative word of mouth behavior, respectively, and negative affectivity partially mediated the relationship between abusive supervision and employee negative word-of-mouth behavior. Furthermore, perceived supervisor’s power moderates the relationship between negative affectivity and employee negative word of mouth behavior, such that the relationship is stronger when employee with perceived supervisor’s power.
