In this study, ten research hypotheses were developed. Data analysis was used SPSS analysis the relationship among the four research variables. The results showed that emotional labor had a positive effect on job satisfaction, job stress and job performance; job satisfaction had a positive effects on job performance; job stress had a negative effects on job satisfaction and job performance; job stress and job satisfaction not moderated the relationship between emotional labor and job performance; job satisfaction moderated the relationship between job stress and job performance; job stress not moderated the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction.
