Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 103 === Mobile advertising provides an opportunity to connect with consumers on a personal level, with ads that reflect their on-the-go need states and moments of decision. Mobile advertising systems have attracted much attention in both research and practice in recent years. In this research, we therefore designed a novel system to provide mobile ads. By using the designed system, a vendor can send out an ad to a set of target users. We develop three approaches for analyzing social network and check-in data to select target users. In this research, we also evaluate the performance of the developed approaches by collecting data from Foursquare. Through experiments, it was shown that the proposed CheckIn approach outperforms its counterparts.
