The respondents of this study were general corporate workforce in Taiwan. This study collected 346 valid samples for analysis. The results of this study indicated that (1) Intrinsic motivation had significant and positive effect on organizational identification. (2) Extrinsic motivation had significant and positive effect on organizational identification. (3) Organizational identification had significant and positive effect on task feedback.
