Due to the physical store experience and trust in e-commerce can offer is not available, so "mall" start toward some kind of format to provide multiple services "shopping mall" (Shopping Mall), while others began to import the boutique Outlet mode of operation. Research over the past scholars have to department stores, shopping centers and shopping mall as the research topic, but less for the combination of quality Outlet Mall to explore. Therefore, this study combines boutique Outlet Mall for the research topic and to investigate the quality of service, store image, trust, perceived value, the degree of involvement and willingness to study the relationship between the purchase. In this study, 360 questionnaires were distributed, a total of 301 valid questionnaires points, valid questionnaires rate of about 83%. Using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) conducted five hypothesis verification. Found that service quality and trust by empirical results, store image and trust, trust and perceived value, perceived value and purchase intention significantly related. It means that through service quality and store image, enhance consumer confidence Outlet Mall, and thus enhance the consumer's willingness to buy. In addition, this study will be available in Taiwan Outlet Mall summarized four types: type city department will stores, leisure stores, leisure department store type.
