Three questionnaires including “employee engagement”, “martial satisfaction” and “job performance” are employed in this research. There are 147 valid samples are recruited from married person on internet surveys. The results of the research are showed below items: 1. Employee engagement is not positively affected by martial satisfaction. 2. Job performance is positively affected by employee engagement. 3. Job performance is positively affected by martial satisfaction. Finally, according to the research result, I present the suggestions for the married person and the future research topic.
