This study aims to investigate the impact of the employee perceived corporate social responsibility (CSR) on their commitment toward organization, and to explore the moderation impact of high-commitment human resource management practices on employee perceived CSR and organizational commitment relationship. The empirical results from a sample of 245 employees found that the employee perceived CSR and organizational commitment positively correlated, and when employee perceived that enterprises implemented corporate social responsibility tend to have higher commitment toward organization. The interaction between High-commitment HRM practices and employee perceived CSR also demonstrated positive effect on organizational commitment. Finally, according to the findings of this study, this study suggests that: As the positive impact of employee perceived CSR and organizational commitment, the companies should recruit and select those talents who recognized and valued "corporate social responsibility" of the organization as an important selection criteria, since it will improve person-organizations fit, and improve organizational commitment as well. For the company's further development, the companies should comply with corporate vision and mission within the organization, allowing employees to perceived CSR that it has been recognized, so that enterprises can be sustainable.
