Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所 === 103 === The research probes into the relationship between employees’cognition of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Job Satisfaction and Organizational Identity. Whether the pursuit of CSR will influence the Employees’ Job Satisfaction and Organizational Identity is also discussed. In order to meet the goals, firstly, the literature review concerning CSR, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Identy is conducted. After building up the Relevance Indicator Framework, the Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) is adopted to conduct the expert questionnaire survey. Lastly, the corperate-questionnaire survey cases are investigated to study the Employees from the target company, who’s cognition of CSR, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Identity. The empirical analysis is implemented to identify the relationship between the three. According to the result of the research from the target company, CSR is positively related to Employees’ Job Satisfaction; CSR is positively related to Organizational Identity; Employees’ Job Satisfaction is positively related to Organizational Identity and Employees from diverse backgrounds will show differences in CSR, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Identity. The study can be used for reference while the business is pursuing CSR.
