This research area is in Taichung City, and the object of research are twenty years old (or more) person whom live in Taichung City. The grand total provides 450 questionnaire, recycling effective questionnaire 438, the effective questionnaire recycling a rate 97.3 %, Overall the α value 0.905.
Using refined Kano can accurately grasp of Taichung people to buy long-term care insurance 17 "key qualities; after through the IPA analysis and PZB calculation. According to 17 "key qualities, sorting out three projects should strengthen service standards and two projects should be lowered service levels.
At last, using person correlation analysis, the methods of T test and variance, to grasp the need strengthen the target groups of service level.
