Description
Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 商管專業學院碩士學位學程在職專班經營管理組 === 104 === This study aims to explore the influence of paternalistic leadership on employees’ turnover intention, and try to validate the moderating effect of organizational politics. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data, and 401 questionnaires were effectively responded. The result shows that authoritarian leadership has positive relationship with organizational politics, and moral leadership has negative relationship with organizational politics. In addition, benevolent leadership has negative relationship with turnover intention, and moral leadership has negative relationship with turnover intention. Then, we find that organizational politics has positive relationship with employees’ turnover intention. Moreover, organizational politics has mediating effect between moral leadership and turnover intention. This study suggests corporation to improve manager’s learning program and develop morality leadership. If managers lead their subordinates with morality leadership style, manager’s morality, ethics and attitudes of behavior will serve as the subordinate’s examples, so as to lower organization politics, thereby influencing employees’ turnover intention.
