The researcher of this study observed her class students for the first two months in the begin of a semester and chose three research participants. The researcher first interviewed parents, observed and used rlevant assessment to figure out the type, frequency and affecting factors of their negative behavior. The researcher also created a learning community intergrating the curriculum guildlines of grade I for integrative activities, health and physical education and language ability. And based on the learning community and the curriculum guidelines, the researcher conducted a 15 weeks of corsues for social and emotional education courses, to decrease students’ anti-society and emotional behaviors. During the course period, the researcher did not only solve problems pland and rvise courses and teaching style gradually during,but acquired in class observation and discussion from colleagues. The action reserarc can not only decrease students’ anti-social and emotional behaviors but also help the researcher be aware of self-deficiency and promote self-teaching and emotion management. The conclusion is divided into three parts: First, through choosing appropriate teaching material and methods, arranging structural and guiding classroom environment, and implementing positive discipline for class management are vital to create, effective learning community and carry social emotional educations in grade I. Second, intertating learning community to social and emotional education can effectively pormot grade I students’ social-emotional competency. Third, learning emotion management, being open minded attitude, and building a warm class atmosphere are the key factors to make learning community successful and promote studnets’ social-emotional competency. Based on the findings above, the researcher offer practical methods and suggests target on lower grade classes which conduct learning community and how to improve their social-emotional abilities.
