Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 人力資源發展系碩士班 === 104 === This study discusses the impact of organizational justice on mediating on work engagement. and examine the role of leader-member exchange(LMX) on mediating the relationship between organizatonal justices and work engagement.in addition, This study discusses the moderating effect of gender on influencing the relationship between leader-member exchange(LMX) and work engagement.Based on the questionnaires collected from southern company's various industries level employees,this study obtained 349 valid dyadic samples,and the response rate was 87.3%.This study found that: 1.Organizatonal justices has a positive impact on work engagement. 2.Organizatonal justices has a positive impact on Leader-Member Exchange(LMX). 3.Leader-member exchange(LMX) has a positive impact on work engagement. 4.The moderating effect of leader-member exchange(LMX) on influencingwork engagement is stronger for women than men. 5.Leader-member exchange(LMX) mediates the relationship between Organizatonaljustices and work engagement. Finally, the article offer the proposal for future research and practical application.
