Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所碩士班 === 104 === Aim: There are three parts for the purpose of this study: First of all, to understand whether skill learning would affect satisfaction degree in classes, besides is to understand the effect upon various variables (grade, gender, required and elective courses, course status, expected accomplishments, class size, study duration, the strictness of teacher, and the hardness of course ) to satisfaction degree in classes, finally is to compare the results between student evaluation of teaching and the student evaluation of teaching perceived by teachers. Method: In order to achieve the above purposes, this study used Documentary analysis and Questionnaire, and took the students and professors from Department of Information Management and Department of Business Management in KUAS as study sample. Use self-made questionnaire as the survey tool, and input the data to computer for analysis, and then made a conclusion by the result of analysis. Result: In this study we found that : first it has a positive effect on teach content, teach method and skill learning for the satisfaction in classes from students’ perceptivity. Second, students also think it has a positive effect on teach preparation, teach method and skill learning for satisfaction in class. Third, students’ grade, required and elective courses, course status, the expected accomplishments, study duration and the strictness of teacher also affect positively to satisfaction in classes for students. Finally, it has different point of view between students and professors.
