Second, to test the mediating effect of person-job fit on the career adaptability between retention intention and job performance. Finally, to explore the moderating effect of person-supervisor fit on person-job fit between retention intention and job performance. Survey data were collected from a sample of 242 full-time employees take questionnaire, conducted a two-stage (two weeks interval) in Taiwan. Results indicated that career adaptability was positively related to retention intention and job performance, respectively, and person-job fit fully mediated the relationship between career adaptability and retention intention and job performance. Furthermore, person-supervisor fit on moderates the person-job fit between retention intention and job performance, such that the relationship are not significant, the limitations of the research are discussed and suggestions for further research are proposed.
