Cultural development in response to the teaching and evaluation of participants into the life experience appropriate to the life situations of participants, and can respond to multiple learning characteristics Pingtung Aboriginal primary school students to enable them to integrate diverse perspectives so that students can be familiar with the life natural disaster situations establish the correct scientific concepts. The research methods to explore the mixed method design, quality methods as a starting point to collect interviews opinions as to modify the record evaluation development for the development process, and, after completion of the study tools through expert review, cognitive interviews and pretesting Construction quantization letter validity study for the aboriginal 4, 5, 6 grade elementary school students, the results show the cultural relevant evaluation"into the cultural response to teaching (the experimental group) into the cultural relevant teaching than those without education (control group) of students'' scientific literacy scores significantly higher.
