The study adopted and used survey research design to collect data from public school teachers in Tainan City who are members of teacher’s professional learning community based on 2015 plans of Minister of Education for teacher evaluation to professional development. The sample in this study are 546 teachers. The researcher relied on knowledge sharing, creative teaching, and coordinators of professional learning community in transformational leadership questionnaires. Descriptive statistics, canonical analysis, regression analysis, and hierarchical regression were used to analyze the data. The study revealed that personal knowledge sharing, learning opportunity sharing, and facilitating learning of teacher’s professional learning community have a direct impact on teachers on creative teaching. Vision building, encouragement, and inspiration of coordinators of professional learning community in transformational leadership influence teachers on creative teaching. Also, transformational leadership of community coordinator is a crucial moderator between knowledge sharing and creative teaching of teacher’s professional learning community.Based on the outcomes above, the researcher shares the findings with the school administrations, schools, coordinators of teacher’s professional learning community, and the researchers in the future.
