Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 兒童與家庭服務系碩士班 === 104 === The primary aim of this research is to explore the relationship between organizational climate and teachers’ turnover intention in remote elementary school. The research adopted questionnaire survey, with the objects of teachers and preschool educators in remote elementary school. A total of 267 vaild samples were retrieved. The questionnaire included “Personal Data questionnaire”, “Organizational Climate Scale”, and “Turnover Intention Scale”. The data were analyzed by the statisic methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and structural equation modeling(SEM). The results of this study were as following: 1.The organizational climate of remote elementary school is in themiddle-high level. 2.The teachers’ turnover intention of remote elementary school is in the middle-low level. 3.There are differences in awareness towards organizational climate for the teachers who are different genders and have different duties in remote elementary school. 4.There are differences in awareness towards turnover intention for the teachers who have different years of service, the location of birth and marriage in remote elementary school. 5.There is a negative correlation between organizational climate and teachers’ turnover intention in remote elementary school. According to these findings, some suggestions for remote elementary school, remote teachers, and future studies are discussed.
