Low retention rate might increase business costs. Therefore, remaining outstanding employees is one of the important strategies in management. This study investigate the relationship among employees’ training, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, retaining intention. Some suggestions for human resource managers are listed in the last of this thesis. This study collects data from questionnaire survey in which the participants are individual employees in Taiwan's company. Among the 350 questionnaires, there are 295 valid questionnaires that are statistically analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS 20.0. The main findings are as follows: (1)Training has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction; (2) Organizational commitment has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction; (3) Organizational commitment has no significant positive influence on job satisfaction; (4) Job satisfaction has a significant positive influence on retaining intention.
