As the formation of Multipolarity world, the traditional military activity has turned into “Market Economic” competition. In this case, every country is attempted to take advantage of its economy and culture influence toward other countries. The competition model of enterprise can illustrate the point. There are many common points between military activities and enterprise competition. Thus, there are many Chinese strategics concepts that can be applied into commercial marketing strategy. In this thesis, it is expected to bridge the concept of Chinese strategics and the commercial marketing strategy. It is expected to improve the commercial marketing strategy. On the other hand, it is to provide new explanation of the traditional Chinese military strategics that can be applied to modern enterprise.
