Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to understand the influence of the subjective perception of the atmosphere of knowledge sharing on the job engagement in the workplace environment. The organization trust is used as an intermediate variable, and the change of each variable is discussed in order to provide reference for the organization. This study uses the questionnaire survey method to carry on the research. After recovering the questionnaire, using SPSS statistical analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis and linear regression analysis were used to verify the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study are shown as follows: 1.Perceived knowledge sharing atmosphere has positive effect on organizational trust. 2.Perceived knowledge sharing atmosphere has positive effect on job engagement. 3.Organizational trust has a positive effect on job engagement. 4.Perceived knowledge sharing atmosphere, has positive impact on job engagement through the intermediary role of organizational trust.
