The company's main product -- a rear projection screen -- has gradually been reduced to an 'outdated clunker' without the timely emergence of a killer product. Through the collection of industrial data and future market forecasts, the case company discovered that the electric car industry is developing well thanks to green energy, and environmental protection, as well as fuel efficiency and carbon reduction, which are areas that governments all over the world are actively developing. The electric car industry has very strong demand for high-performance lithium batteries, which is sure to develop rapidly going forward. The lithium battery industry for electric cars will certainly introduce higher standards. The market demand for cathode materials for the high-performance lithium battery market has been increasing at breakneck speeds over the years. Currently, the lithium battery cathode coating process happens to be one of the core technologies that the company uses to affirm its new killer products. The goal of the case company is to use its core technology to overcome the current shortcomings and plateaus of its lithium battery cathode products. After repeated experiments and testing, the effects of the coating technology for lithium battery cathode products were found to be limited, in that they were simply unable to yield greater improvement to boost current lithium battery standards. After dozens of tests, it was found that the new S process and changes in material characteristics will yield breakthroughs with which the shortcomings and plateaus of current product offerings can be overcome, thereby improving the standards of lithium battery cathode products and the efficiency of lithium batteries. The case company is expected to reach new heights with this new product.
