So , it is helpful for those new workplace employees if they have the ability of innovation to have the successful career. Besides , employees who have a high-level job passion and hardiness may stimulate the high degree of innovation. Thus, this study aims to explore the demographic differences of new workplace employees on hardiness, job passion ,and innovative behavior , and to explore the inter relationship between hardiness and passion and innovative behavior. In this study , questionnaire survey was conducted to study the 241 participants of new workplace employees . Through statistical analyses this study found that male new workplace employees have more innovative behavior than female ones . Also, the new workplace employees with people whose education level lower than college degree had commitment in hardiness than college graduates while people whose education level above graduate school were higher in control than those who with education lever lower than college. In addition,there were positive relationship among hardiness , passion , work enthusiasm and innovative behavior have a significant positive correlation, while hardiness and job passion were the significant predictors of innovative behavior. Therefore, the implication of this study is that the enterprise needs to create an open working environment to inspire job passion,encourage employees to strengthen hardiness, ahd encourage new workplace employees to participate in innovative thinking courses.
