Innovative HRM could bring companies many competitive advantages in attracting and keeping talents. Recognizing the role of innovative HRM in the performance, the author has chosen the case of FPT Corporation in order to find out and evaluate the impacts of innovation HRM practices in FPT Corporation. In order to accomplish that objective, a survey questionnaire has been designed with mostly closed-ended question in which respondents are requested to rate their level of agreement following a 5-point Likert scale. The survey has been distributed widely among 250 respondents who are FPT Corporation’s employees in order to collect necessary data for the research. SPSS software is applied to analyze the collected data. Five tests which are applied in this paper include Cronbach’s alpha reliability test, factor analysis test, descriptive analysis, multiple regression tests and correlation test. Findings from the five tests indicate that all three independent variables (new recruitment method, new appraisal method , advanced training method) have positive relationships with the dependent variable( profitability of FPT Corporation).
